What Is Your Cancellation Policy?
If you cancel your appointment at least 48 hours in advance, there is no charge if you choose to reschedule. Cancellations made 24 hours before the appointment will incur a 50% service charge. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your scheduled time, you will be charged the full service amount.
